Do you keep upward pressure with the hips up into the opponent's torso? I learned with the foot in the hip and was always worried about getting stacked ...this seems more practical, cant wait to give it a try in class..thank you
This is different then what I’ve seen taught. Going to give this a try... I’m thinking it’ll work out pretty well. Thanks!
